Order Confirmation 

Before completing payment, please carefully check and confirm the following information: 

  • Product details: colour and size
  • Customer details: full name, phone number, and complete delivery address

Please ensure all information is accurate. Once an order is confirmed and payment has been completed, no changes can be made. Accurate details help ensure smooth and timely delivery. 

Product Exchange Policy

The Cozy Fit maintains a no refund policy under all circumstances. 

Exchanges are permitted only under the conditions outlined below. 

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, based on the official delivery record. 
  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items caused by manufacturing issues.
  • We are unable to accept exchange requests for damage resulting from customer use, handling, or improper care.
  • Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence, taken before and during the unboxing process, to support the claim. 
  • Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • Exchanges will be made for the same product model, subject to stock availability.
  • If the same model is unavailable, an item of equal value will be offered. 
  • Exchanges for items from a new collection are not permitted. 
  • Our customer service team will contact customers for confirmation before processing any exchange. 
  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by the customer

Failure to meet the conditions above, or failure to provide the required evidence, may result in the rejection of the exchange request.
